I'm Stacie Roman. I was always one of those nerds that loved time management. Looking for the next best planner, task system or tips and tricks to get things done.

And I was good at it. Known for my "high capacity" and ability to get things done.

But really, I was just a work-a-holic. And I burned all the way out. I felt stuck in almost every area of my life.

So I took a leap and started a life coaching program.

And it changed my life.

And the tools I learned to manage my mind and my emotion were also the key to managing my time.

Not just managing it... but crushing it. Becoming a time bender.
