I believed the lie that success meant working harder and that burnout was just the price of ambition. I was trying to manage my schedule, my projects, and my to-do lists, but I was exhausted and my biggest goals always felt just out of reach.
The turning point came when I realized I was trying to fix the wrong problem. The secret to getting control of my business wasn't in my calendar; it was in my mind.
By shifting my focus to Mind Management, I learned how to process overwhelm, conquer the beliefs that were holding me back, and align my time with my true mission. I finally started scaling my business and my impact, not my hours.
Now, I help leaders just like you do the same.

How I Got Here
My journey started where many passions do: helping people I cared about. As a teenager, I coached young gymnasts who were juggling Olympic-sized dreams with 20+ hours of practice a week. I saw firsthand that their success wasn't just about physical skill; it was about managing their time, energy, and focus under immense pressure.
This passion for helping high-achievers led me to the corporate world, where I trained executives at a major non-profit. I became a certified expert in David Allen's Getting Things Done (GTD) methodology, teaching hundreds of leaders the world-class systems for productivity. I mastered the "how-to" of getting things done.
But I noticed a pattern. Even with the best systems, brilliant leaders would still struggle with procrastination, self-doubt, and burnout. I realized that the most organized to-do list in the world can't help you if your own mind is working against you.
That’s when I discovered the power of Mind Management, and it was the ultimate game-changer.
I knew then that my mission was to bring these two worlds together. Purpose-led entrepreneurs don't just need better strategies; they need a more resilient mindset. They need a system that supports their mission, not one that leads to burnout.
That is why I created the Goal Getter Academy—a movement dedicated to helping you master both your time and your mind, so you can get back to the world-changing work you were meant to do.
